Things I found abroad

I walk a lot in places most people don’t get to often, and I keep finding things that never made it to Japan. So I bring a few back and list them.

This is deliberately small. One or two pieces at a time, bought because they’re genuinely hard to get here — not a warehouse operation.

This works both ways, so tell me which one you are.

• Coming from outside Japan — is there something here you can’t get where you live? A snack, stationery, the shop-exclusive version of something. Tell me and I’ll keep an eye out.
• Here in Japan — did you see something abroad and then find out it never came here? Same deal.

I’m not taking orders and I won’t take money up front. I only buy what I actually walk past, and plenty of trips I walk past nothing. But I’m out there anyway, so you may as well tell me what you’re after.

What I tend to buy

• Regional and store-exclusive editions — the ones that exist in one country, or one shop, and nowhere else
• Things I’d actually keep — if I wouldn’t own it, I don’t buy it to sell it
• Small enough to carry home properly — everything is hand-carried, not shipped in bulk

How I sell

• One at a time. Whatever’s listed is what I have.
• Photographed honestly. Every listing shows the item by itself, front on, before anything else. Flaws get photographed too.
• Shipped from Japan via Mercari’s own delivery, usually within a day or two of purchase.
• Questions before buying are welcome — through Mercari, so the record stays in one place.
